Certification of Authorization and Consent by Legal Guardian
I/We, the undersigned, hereby certify that I/we am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the minor participant, and as such, I/we have full legal authority to make decisions on behalf of the participant. By checking the box and completing the purchase, I/we confirm my/our consent and acceptance of these terms on behalf of the minor participant.
About Sports Dream America LLC
Sports Dream America LLC (the “Company”) is the organizing company responsible for all our sports programs and events. We represent several prestigious brands in the sports field, including SDA Agency, Carlos Alcaraz Academy, Carlos Alcaraz Camps, Carlos Alcaraz Academy Camps and the Real Madrid Foundation. Our mission is to provide a unique, educational, and enriching experience in our sports camps. By working with these renowned academies, we ensure a professional and high-quality approach to all our activities. It is important that all participants and their families understand and accept the terms and conditions governing participation in our activities.
- Participant Responsibility
By enrolling in any of our camps, participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in sports activities. Sports Dream America LLC will not be held liable for injuries or damages incurred during the activities that are not covered by our insurance policy. Participants assume full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being. Parents or legal guardians, as appropriate, also have the responsibility to ensure the participant’s behavior during the camp. - Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation Due to Behavior: If a participant’s behavior does not meet our standards or disrupts the proper development of the activities, Sports Dream America LLC reserves the right to exclude them from the camp without providing a refund.
• Injuries: If a participant suffers an injury during the camp, no refund will be offered. By enrolling, this risk is acknowledged and accepted.
•Cancellation by Sports Dream America LLC: Sports Dream America LLC will not provide refunds or credits unless the sports program is canceled due to the inability of our staff to travel to the country or city where the camp is held. The company’s liability is limited to a full refund of the sports program price only. This refund will not cover any costs related to loss, delays, inconvenience, disappointment, travel expenses, or any other type of costs.
Sports Dream America LLC reserves the right to modify the dates, location, or content of the camp due to unforeseen scheduling changes or circumstances beyond its control. In the event of significant modifications, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option of a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the change.• Cancellations by Participants: If a participant chooses not to attend the camp for personal reasons, no refund will be offered.
• Force Majeure:Sports Dream America LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters (such as earthquakes, wildfires, hurricanes, or floods), public health emergencies or pandemics (including but not limited to COVID-19 or any variant thereof), war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, government actions, travel restrictions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
In the event that any sports camp, event, or program is cancelled, delayed, or otherwise materially affected due to a Force Majeure Event, no refunds, credits, or reimbursements of any kind shall be issued. By enrolling in our programs, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy and waive any right to claim compensation, reimbursement, or damages due to such Force Majeure Events.
- Food Safety and Restrictions
All participants in Sports Dream America LLC sports programs must provide their own food and drink, but it is recommended to avoid bringing nuts, whenever possible, due to potential allergies of other participants. During the sessions, breaks will be scheduled for participants to eat and drink. - Behavior and Conduct Rules
It is essential that all participants follow the established rules and guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Participants who do not adhere to the conduct rules may be excluded from the camp without a refund.
Some examples of unacceptable behavior (though not limited to these) include:
- Acts of physical or verbal violence toward other participants or staff.
- Discriminatory conduct based on race, gender, religion, or any other form of intolerance.
- Use of drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substances.
- Destruction of property or equipment provided by the organization. These are just a few examples of unacceptable behavior, and the company reserves the right to take necessary actions, including expulsion, if any such incidents occur.
- Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the camps of Sports Dream America LLC, participants and their legal guardians fully accept all terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the participant to stay informed about any updates. - Modifications and Exceptions
Sports Dream America LLC reserves the right to modify any aspect related to the camps, including schedules, activities, and location, when necessary to ensure the best possible experience for participants. Any modifications will be communicated to enrolled participants. - Enrollment Commitment
Parents and guardians acknowledge that by enrolling a participant in any of our sports programs or camps, they are committing to a service contract. This implies compliance with all established terms and conditions, as well as the commitment to the experience provided during the camp.
